方法 A：使用軟皮尺 (Method A: Use a Measuring Tape)
- 直接在手腕最細處平貼繞一圈，不需刻意拉緊或預留空間。
- Wrap the tape measure around the thinnest part of your wrist. It should be snug but not tight.
方法 B：使用繩子或紙條 (Method B: Use a String or Paper Strip)- 繞手腕一圈後在重疊處做記號。
- 將繩子/紙條拉直，用直尺測量長度即可得到淨手圍。
- Mark the point where the string/paper meets. Straighten it and measure the length with a ruler.
