•無退貨服務:本站產品多為手工訂製或個人飾品,基於衛生及客製化屬性,除商品本身有重大瑕疵外,恕不接受『不喜歡、與想像不符、尺寸不合』等個人因素之退貨要求。

•瑕疵換貨流程:若收到商品時發現有非人為之重大損壞(如扣環/彈力繩斷裂、掉石、缺件),請於收貨後七日內聯繫客服,並附上開箱影片或照片。確認為瑕疵後,我們將為您更換同款新品,運費由Maison HUMI付擔。

『依消保法規定,手圍客製化調整之商品屬於「依消費者要求所為之客製化給付」,不適用七天鑑賞期之法規』。

•天然礦石特性說明(非瑕疵範圍):

天然水晶、隕石具有其自然生成的特性,以下情況不屬於瑕疵範圍,不提供換貨:

1.天然特徵:礦缺、雲霧、冰裂紋、黑點、平頭或天然紋路。

2.手工痕跡:手作飾品難免有微小製作痕跡,不影響配戴美觀。

3.螢幕色差:不同顥示器呈現的色澤可能略有不同。

•逾期不受理:若超過七日(含例假日)或已配戴使用,恕無法辦理換貨。

•換貨包裝:換貨時請保持商品全新(無配戴痕跡、無汗水汙漬),並連同原包裝、贈品、請明卡一併退回。若商品已配戴損壞或包裝不全,恕無法辦理換貨。

Return Policy | Maison HUMI
1. General Policy (No Returns)
Due to hygiene reasons and the bespoke nature of our products, most items are handmade to order or personal accessories. We do not accept returns for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind or "not as expected."
  • Incorrect size selection.
  • Personal preference regarding style or aesthetics.
2. Defective Item Exchanges
If you receive a product with significant non-human-caused defects (e.g., broken clasps/elastic cords, missing stones, or missing parts), please follow these steps:
  • Notification: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt.
  • Requirement: You must provide an unboxing video or clear photos of the defect.
  • Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, we will replace it with a new item of the same model. Maison HUMI will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Customized Items (Legal Notice)
According to the Consumer Protection Act, items with customized wrist size adjustments are classified as "goods made to the consumer's specifications." Therefore, these items are not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period/right of withdrawal.
4. Natural Stone Characteristics (Non-Defective)
Natural crystals and meteorites have unique organic characteristics. The following conditions are considered natural features and are not eligible for exchange:
  1. Natural Features: Mineral inclusions, clouds, ice cracks, black spots, flat heads, or natural textures.
  2. Handmade Traces: Minor marks from the crafting process that do not affect the overall beauty.
  3. Display Variance: Slight color differences due to different monitor settings or screen resolutions.
5. Eligibility & Packaging for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days (including weekends/holidays). Late requests will not be accepted.
  • Condition: The item must be brand new (no signs of wear, no sweat stains, or odors).
  • Completeness: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all gifts and instruction cards.
  • Disqualification: If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or incomplete packaging, the exchange will be declined.
